Abby Northcott shortlisted for Young Administrator of the Year

We're delighted to share that Abby Northcott has been shortlisted for Young Administrator of the Year at the Money Marketing Young Financial Planner Awards 2026.

The awards recognise the people early in their careers who are shaping the future of financial planning. Money Marketing received a large number of entries this year across all categories, and the judges described the standard as exceptional — so reaching the finalist stage is an achievement in its own right.

Abby joined Hanbury Financial Planning and quickly became the person everything runs through. She manages the detail behind every client case, keeps our processes tight, and has taken on responsibility well beyond her job title — often before anyone thought to ask her. She has since stepped up into a paraplanning role, which tells you everything about the way she has developed.

Chris Hanbury, Managing Director, said: "Abby is one of those people who quietly makes everyone else's job easier. Clients trust her, the team relies on her, and she has grown enormously in the time she has been with us. The recognition is well overdue and we're all very proud of her."

The winners will be announced at Money Marketing Interactive on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at etc. Venues County Hall, London, where the team will be attending in support.
